Big Brother 14 Spoilers: Eviction Nominations Week 9

After an absolutely crazy day in the Big Brother 14 house yesterday, the houseguests were still on edge as they awaited the new eviction nominations. Considering who won the Head of Household and who they allied with, this was no easy decision to make. Would they stick with the deals they’ve made, or take the opportunity to attack their strongest opponent in winning the game?

[spoiler name=”Spoiler Alert: Week 9 Eviction Nominations”]

New Head of Household Ian Terry had originally planned to put up Dan Gheesling and Jenn Arroyo as the eviction nominees. He thought it would be wise to put up Dan to cover his final 2 alliance with him. However, Dan has been working him hard NOT to put him on the block for any reason. Dan knows very well how a friendly ‘pawn’ nomination can turn into an eviction, since he just did that to Frank Eudy. So he does not want to give anyone the chance to decide it would be a smart decision to get him out now while they have the chance.

The latest plan, formed by Dan, was for Ian to put up Jenn and Shane Meaney instead. In fact, Dan would really like to somehow manage to convince Danielle Murphree to actually evict Shane this week if he does not win the Power of Veto. If he could do that, he’d be left up against Ian, Danielle and Jenn in the final four. Since Ian cannot play in the next Power of Veto, Dan could probably get him on the eviction block next week and get him out if he can keep the girls tucked safely under his wing… Ian is clearly Dan’s biggest threat other than Shane when it comes down to the Jury House votes.

If Dan goes to the final three with Jenn and Danielle, he’s practically guaranteed to win Big Brother 14 unless the other houseguests just decide they are not going to let him walk away with another 500k and give it to one of the newbies instead just out of spite. (Hmmm, I could certainly see that from Frank…)

In the end, Ian Terry decided to put his trust in Dan yet again (sigh) and go with the plan to put Jenn Arroyo and Shaney Meaney on the block. Now we’ll just have to wait and see who wins that Power of Veto…

Oh and there was another non important Pandora’s Box, which Ian opened. Sadly, he got a video message from Rachel Reilly, while the rest of the houseguests got messages from their loved ones.
