Big Brother 14: Week 3 Veto Ceremony – What Will Shane Do?

The Big Brother 14 week 3 Power of Veto Ceremony will take place later today. The big question going in is whether or not Head of Household and Power of Veto holder Shane Meaney might just be ready to make a seriously huge game play move.

Our Big Brother 14 spoilers from the Big Brother live feeds tell us that Shane Meaney may decide to play it very risky this week by betraying one of his alliances and backdooring one of his allies.

If you haven’t guessed it yet, Shane has been in serious talks with various houseguests about the idea of taking either Chef Joe Arvin or Ashley Iocco off the block and replacing them with Frank Eudy at the Veto Ceremony.

Right now, of course, Shane has a side deal going with Mike ‘Boogie’ Malin and Frank Eudy to keep Frank safe. If he were to betray that alliance, and Frank did not get evicted, Shane would likely have two of the strongest players in the house — Boogie and Frank — hot on his heels.

However, if this new plan works, it could eliminate one of Shane’s strongest competitors in the Big Brother 14 house. Hell, even if it does work though, the decision could still come back to haunt him big time if he doesn’t work it just right… By eliminating Frank, Shane pretty much becomes the number one target in the house for everyone else.

Shane went back and forth a few times on Sunday about the whole idea of backdooring Frank, but at this point it does seem like a very strong possibility. In fact, Shane has already assured Chef Joe that he will be safe. At first it looked like Shane might take off Joe and replace him with Frank. Now, however, after counting all the votes and chattering with all his allies, it looks like Shane may be taking Ashley off the block to replace with Frank.

Most of the important parts of these discussions happened around 1:30 AM BBT and 2:30 AM BBT on the Big Brother live feeds. So you can use the Flashback feature to go back and hear all the details about how the plan is supposed to work out in Shane’s favor.

Early this morning, around 3:15 AM BBT, Shane promised Danielle he would not waffle on his Veto Ceremony nominations again. However, Shane has not been trustworthy in that regard before, so you never really know what is going to happen. (By the way guys, if you really want it to NOT seem like you’re in a showmance to the other houseguests, cuddling and wrestling up in the H0H bed all the time is not really helping you with that…)

Stay tuned with us as we bring you the Power of Veto Ceremony results later today as soon as they broadcast on the Big Brother live feeds. Or, get signed up for a three-day free trial of the Big Brother live feeds yourself right now and watch them for yourself!

I can’t wait to see what Shane really does decide to do today as either way it is going to be a major shift in the game. Shane has his fingers in so many pies right now, it will be a miracle if he comes out of this week without becoming everyone’s next favorite player to be evicted.
