Big Brother 15: GinaMarie Zimmerman Loses Pageant Job Over Racist Remarks

Big Brother 2013 GinaMarie ZimmermanBig Brother 15 cast member GinaMarie Zimmerman is the second HouseGuest to lose a gig this week over racist and homophobic remarks made on the Big Brother Live Feeds. GinaMarie’s real world employer, East Coast USA Pageant, Inc., announced on Thursday that they have decided to fire GinaMarie after learning of her shocking comments inside the Big Brother 2013 house.

During her brief time as part of the Big Brother 2013 cast, GinaMarie Zimmerman has racked up a sizeable tally of truly nasty comments smacking of racism and homophobia. While several other HouseGuests have also spewed their share of hate-filled remarks, GinaMarie ranks right up there at the top of the list of most disgusting, right along with fellow Boom Squad (aka Bieber Fever) Alliance member Aaryn Gries.

Among the fouler examples of GinaMarie’s nastiness in the Big Brother 15 house are:

  • Saying African-American player Candice is already on the dark side “because she is already dark.”

  • Calling welfare “n****r insurance”.

  • Calling the black players in the house “tokens”.

  • Joking about how a punch in the face could make Asian-American player Helen’s eyes straight.

  • Saying that Helen should serve them rice and kiss her ass.

  • Telling Nick that Candice has a fake voice because she talks too white.

  • Laughing and joining in on the racist slurs and jokes made by other players.

This morning, Aaryn Gries was fired by her modeling agency in Austin, Texas over her offensive remarks on the Big Brother Live Feeds. Now it looks like it’s GinaMarie’s turn for some karmic backlash.

In a statement to TMZ.com, East Coast USA Pageant, Inc. said the organization was shocked GinaMarie would “display such acts of hate and racism.” The company says GinaMarie has been employed with them for five years and the staff says they “have never known this side of GinaMarie or have ever witnessesed such acts of racism in the past.”

Taking it even a step further into a true smack in the face, the organization said they were “actually thankful that this show let us see GinaMarie for who she truly is. We would never want her to be a role model to our future contestants.”

The company was especially upset, a rep told TMZ, because they had encouraged girls to watch the show and vote for GinaMarie for the Most Valuable Player special power every week. “In a business where we are surrounded by beauty every day,” East Coast USA continued, “we are saddened to see something so ugly come from someone we put on a very high pedestal.”
