After McCrae won the Power of Veto Competition on Saturday, it was obvious that he would use it to save himself from the block. That would leave GinaMarie up for eviction against one of her The Exterminators alliance teammates. Amusingly enough, Andy, Spencer and GinaMarie actually attempted to convince McCrae he should use the PoV on GM and take HER off the block, promising that they would all vote out Judd and she would throw the next HoH. McCrae told them exactly what we were thinking — they were all batshit crazy and hell no.

From everything we saw on the Big Brother Live Feeds on Sunday, it was clear that the person going up as the replacement nominee would be Judd. Spencer never even considered putting up his bestie Andy as the renom, which led McCrae to rightly speculate that they are working together.

At the Veto Ceremony, McCrae used the PoV to take himself off the block and Spencer put up Judd in his place. As it stands presently, it looks like Judd will probably be the one going to the Jury in the surprise eviction on Tuesday. Some arguing back and forth is still going on but we think the final vote will go that way. Right now, however, both Judd and GinaMarie are being told they are safe by everyone, so something may very well end up blindsided come voting time.
