Big Brother 22 Spoilers: Did David Use The Disruptor Power This Week?

This Big Brother 22 week had the potential to be an exciting one with Daniele Donato-Briones planning to nominate David Alexander and  Kevin Campbell for eviction. Nothing exciting about her standard Committee style nominees, but David has The Disruptor power, which means he can remove one nominee and make that nominee safe for the week. He chose not to use it last week to help either Bayleigh Dayton-Williams and Da’Vonne Rogers stay safe. Instead, he said in a DR session that he would save it for when he needed it. He’s on the block this week, so it makes sense for him to use it and save himself.

After the nomination ceremony,  feed watchers learned that David and Kevin were still on the block. This left everyone very confused. We assumed that once David was nominated, he could immediately choose to activate his Disruptor power. So it left us wondering had he not had the chance to activate it yet or did he choose not to use it this week?

Next week is the last week that David can use the power, so there was a big possibility that he wanted to roll the dice and try to win the Power of Veto to save himself, leaving the power still in the game for next week. This would be a very risky move because if David doesn’t win the Veto, he’s more than likely about to become the first member of the Big Brother All-Stars jury. We would hope that David had more game sense, and would take any safety net thrown at him, aka using the Disruptor power.

The other possibility with David still being on the block after nominations is that he did tells the DR that he wanted to use it but they wanted to wait to reveal that the power was activated, for dramatic effect. There was a  possibility that right before the Veto draw, Dani and the other houseguests would be informed that David was removed from the block, forcing her to name another nominee right before the Veto draw.

So it was very likely that we wouldn’t get answers about whether David had activated the power until the Veto draw. So did David use his Disruptor power? Read below to find out.
