Big Brother 13 Houseguest Profile: Jordan Lloyd

By: on July 27, 2011 |

Jordan Lloyd and boyfriend Jeff Schroeder were strangers when they first met on the set of Big Brother 11. The two quickly hit it off, however, and went on to become perhaps the most powerful alliance in the Big Brother 11 house. Jordan went on to win the $500,000 prize for Big Brother 11, while Jeff was evicted, but still won $25,000 as America’s Favorite Player that season. Cast as one of the returning ‘duos’ from past seasons on Big Brother 13, Jeff and Jordan are once again proving to be formidable players.

Before Big Brother 11, Jordan Lloyd, a graduate of David W Butler High School, was working as a waitress in Charlotte, North Carolina when she was recruited by CBS casting agents. Jordan said at the time that her motto was to “live life to the fullest, without holding back.” She also stated unequivocally that she would not be having sex on Big Brother‘s live feed cameras because her grandpa would be watching the show.

!SPOILER ALERT! – Big Brother 13 Week 3 Power of Veto Ceremony Results

By: on July 25, 2011 |

The Big Brother 13 Power of Veto Ceremony for Week 3 is over and done with at last. Considering the drama that has been going on in the house about who would be put up on the block next, we can’t wait to watch the fallout from the POV Ceremony on the Big Brother live feeds.

If you want to know what happened in the week 3 Power of Veto Ceremony, just click underneath our Spoiler Alert below!

[spoiler name=”Week 3 Power of Veto Ceremony Results”]

The veterans alliance is now on shaky ground as Daniele attempted to play her alliance members to keep boy toy (and future hopeful pawn) Dominic in the house. She tried pushing Brendon and Rachel to put Jordan and Jeff up for eviction, directly trying to undermine her own alliance. Dominic, meanwhile, was trying to get in with Brenchel too, offering to be their butt boy if he is kept safe this week.

On Saturday morning, Brendon & Rachel and Jeff & Jordan got together to compare notes. Rachel and Brendon tells their fellow alliance members that Daniele has been trying to throw them under the buss and get Jeff sent home. Now the rest of the vets get that they can’t trust Daniele one little bit.

Daniele actually loses her temper with Brenchel on Sunday, still trying to get them to come around to her side and put up Jeff and Jordan. She threatened Rachel and even tried to convince her that getting friendly with Dominic was all Rachel’s idea in the first place.

Unfortunately for Daniele, all the vets are now ranged against her. They plan to get rid of Dominic so Daniele will be left alone and without anyone to support her.

At the Power of Veto Ceremony, POV winner Brendon decides — as expected — not to use it. Rachel’s nominations of Adam and Dominic stay in place. Considering what’s been going on in the house around Dominic and Daniele, it seems a given that Dominic will probably be heading home. So far, Adam has played it relatively smart. He got in with the vets early on. He hasn’t done anything threatening toward them or bad mouthed them. And he’s keeping his head down. Smart.

Dominic, on the other hand, has dug himself into his own hole and Daniele has just piled the dirt right on top of him.

Big Brother 13 Houseguest Profile: Jeff Schroeder

By: on July 25, 2011 |

Jeff Schroeder and partner Jordan Lloyd, cast as one of the three returning ‘duos’ from seasons past for Big Brother 13, originally appeared on season 11 of Big Brother. On Big Brother 11, Jeff won $25,000 as America’s Favorite Player and helped Jordan to win Big Brother 11. Jeff and Jordan began a relationship during their season of Big Brother and are currently still going strong. However, they currently do not have any plans to marry or stop popping out kids yet as they still don’t even live in the same city.

Jeff’s main pet peeve about his girlfriend/teammate, by the way, is that “she doesn’t think sometimes,” according to his bio for The Amazing Race 16.

Jeff, an advertising salesman from Norridge, Illinois,  originally auditioned for Big Brother with an ex-girlfriend, but she did not make the cut. Instead, he ended up making a connection with former waitress Jordan Lloyd after she was discovered at her job by CBS casting agents. Jeff and Jordan were in an alliance almost from very early on in Big Brother 11. Although Jeff ended up getting evicted, his alliance with Jordan helped her to eventually win and take home the Big Brother 11 $500,000 prize.

!SPOILER ALERT! – Big Brother 13 Week 3 Nominations

By: on July 23, 2011 |

The veterans continue to hold on to the power in the house for yet another week as the newbies nervously watch their number dwindling down. This week the nominations for eviction are packed full of intrigue from both sides. Who will win out in the battle of the noobs against the vets? Well, it may all come down to who wins the Power of Veto Competition this week. Meanwhile, if you just can’t wait to know who has been nominated for the next eviction, just click underneath the SPOILER ALERT below to find out!

[spoiler name=”Week 3 Nomination Results”]

If you have been following the Big Brother live feeds, you probably already guessed who Rachel as the new Head of Household would be putting up for nomination for week 3. There is no way Rachel and Brendon would put up Jeff and Jordan at this point because they obviously are aware that would be seriously stupid. Everyone else in the house would be more than pleased to buddy up with J&J to get Brenchel out of the house. Putting up Lawon and Kalia at this point just doesn’t do anyone much good as both of them are pretty much floating around doing little to nothing. Dominic and Adam are the real threats to the veteran’s alliance and Rachel really has no choice but to put them up.

Daniele has been campaigning hard to keep her boy toy Dominic in the game. She promises Brenchel that he will not come after them and that she can get him to throw the Veto Competition. Rachel and Brendon, however, seem to trust Dominic even less than they do Adam. So for the time being, it is still a bit of a toss up as to whether Adam or Dominic will be getting the short end of the stick if one of them doesn’t win the Power of Veto. If Daniele has her way, Adam will get booted. But Adam has been wheeling and dealing with the veterans for a while and he could pull enough weight with them to get Dominic evicted if he can play it just right.

The Power of Veto competition should take place Saturday or Sunday. If Dominic or Adam manage to swing the Power of Veto once again, this could truly end up being some fun. If one of them does get it, he will have to decide whether or not he trusts his dealings with the veterans enough to stay on the block and hopefully see their partner get eliminated. If neither of them gets it, then it will be all up to the wheeling and dealing in the house as to which one of them will get sent packing. Should be fun!
