For a while now, The Challenge and Big Brother have had a happy marriage. It started with Victor Arroyo and Natalie Negrotti on The Challenge: Vendettas. And now has grown to include Paulie Calafiore (whose brother just won Big Brother 22), former Big Brother 19 winner Josh Martinez and a bunch of other former Big Brother players. The Challenge 36 won’t start airing until likely next year, or at the very end of this year, but MTV just wrapped filming and we know a few spoilers about the season.

According to Vevmo, a very reliable source for The Challenge spoilers, and Twitter account GamerVev, a few more Big Brother players got their shot to compete on The Challenge Season 36. And a few of them may have made it to the finals.

Obviously, I’ll be giving potential The Challenge spoilers, so stop here if you want to be spared from knowing the results of the finals.

Vevmo revealed that this season of The Challenge‘s subtitle is Double Agents. It’ll bring back the red skull, but it’ll be gold this time. The red skull on The Challenge 35 determined whether a player could participate in the finals. This meant each player wanting a chance in the finals had to go to an elimination round and win.

Double Agents also involves pairs. I am not quite sure but it seems like people compete in challenges as pairs, but participate in elimations as a single player. If someone’s partner is eliminated, they seem to get a new partner. The rumored former Big Brother houseguests competing are Faysal “Fessy” Shafaat, Josh Martinez, Kaycee Clarke, and Amber Borzotra. Their rumored initial partners are:

Darrell Taylor and Amber

Aneesa Ferreira and Fessy

Leroy Garrett and Kaycee

Malkamitu “Kam” Williams and Josh

Apparently,  Fessy, Kaycee, and Amber all make the finals during The Challenge Season 36. Kaycee and Fessy finish fourth, but Amber takes home the prize alongside Chris “CT” Tamburello. This makes Amber the first former Big Brother player to win The Challenge, and on her rookie season is really impressive. She also continues with the former Big Brother 16 players winning stuff this year tradition.

We won’t know for sure if the rumors of Amber’s win are true until The Challenge 36 airs, but I think it’s safe to say it’s probably true.

Congrats to CT and Amber, and all the former Big Brother challengers.
