I'm pretty sure they could downgrade the signal going to the internet.. I'm not 100% sure but there are tons of ways to do this. Could it be a bandwidth issue for the existing cabling/wiring? Either way, seems like time they got with modern technology. I work in television so I kind of know how it all works.. I still don't know why they haven't converted it at least 2 seasons ago.
