The first Power of Veto competition will be shown this evening, and one houseguest will be able to save someone from the eviction block. Who will win the golden power of veto, and who will be the target for eviciton this week in Big Brother 26?

Big Brother 26 Week One Block Nominations Aftermath

After the nomination ceremony, Angela was livid with Matt Hardeman’s reaction to being saved from the block for eviction. He didn’t give her a hug to say thanks for not putting him on the block. Angela is now out for blood.

A large alliance formed called the Collective including Quinn Martin, Joseph Rodriguez, Cam Sullivan-Brown, T’Kor Clottey, Chelsie Bahaun, Kimo Apaka, and Cedric Hodges. They want to have the HOH included in their group as well. They will be the house majority alliance if all goes as planned.

Angela came down the steps from her HOH room calling Matt “crazy eyes” and accusing him of targeting her game. She said she wanted to have fun with everyone in the Big Brother 26 except Matt. She feels as though he threatened her and her game.

Angela accused Matt of verbally and aggressively threatening her. This was not a good look for Angela. She went on to call him a brat. She made sure he knew that she was gunning for him.

The Big Brother 26 house was quite stunned with Angela’s outburst. Mackensay Manbeck was crying because Angela told the house she could do much better than Matt. She had no idea what she did to be included in Angela’s outburst.

Big Brother 26 Week One Power of Veto Competition

Now is the time to pick the POV players for the week. In addition to Angela, Kenney, Kimo, and Lisa, two more players will be randomly drawn to play. The first selected is Joseph followed by Brooklyn Rivera. Let the games begin.

This week’s POV is called Spelling Bee, and here is how it works. The players must find letter tiles and correctly spell the longest word possible with those tiles. They must bring letter tiles back to their station one at a time.

If they find one of three special tiles placed in the game by Ainsley, they have the immediate power to delete any letter from the game. That power could change the game outcome.

Big Brother 26 Kenney Kelley

Kenney found the first special tile from Ainsley and deleted the letter E from the game. Next, Lisa deleted the letter H.

Lisa won the golden power of veto by spelling the word TRANSFORM. She will most likely use the power to save herself and be removed from the block for eviction.

Big Brother 26 Week One Power of Veto Ceremony

At the Power of Veto ceremony, as expected, Lisa took herself off the block for eviction from Big Brother 26 this week. Also as expected, HOH Angela nominated Matt in her place as the replacement nominee for eviction this week.

Either Matt, Kimo, or Kenney will be evicted from the Big Brother 26 house in the first week of the game. Tune in tomorrow night, Thursday, July 25th at 8 PM EST for the first live eviction.
