Brandi enjoyed a 17-year modeling career before joining the the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during the second season. After gracing the pages of Glamour and Cosmopolitan, Brandi began her reality TV career. Once the Housewives ran it’s course, she appeared on Celebrity Apprentice (not with Omarosa but Brandi did place fourth in the competition), Famously Single, My Kitchen Rules, and most recently, she was a houseguest on the UK version of Celebrity Big Brother in the summer of 2017.
With Big Brother experience, will Brandi have an advantage over the other houseguests?
During the 20th season for the UK Celebrity Big Brother, Brandi survived to day 18 of 25. This put the 45 year-old in 11th place out of just 15 houseguests. Brandi didn’t appear to be a master of the social game of Big Brother. She did get a taste of foregoing the good life when her and a few other houseguests were made to live on just rations as a game punishment.
In addition to her on-screen brash attitude, Brandi is famous for her ongoing feud with Grammy winning superstar LeAnn Rimes. Brandi’s husband, Eddie Cibrian, of ten years was cast in a movie in 2009 with LeAnn, and both admittedly had an affair on their spouses during that time. Consequently, Eddie and LeAnn both left their spouses are were married in 2011 and remain happily married today.
When the affair became public, Brandi did not hesitate to stir up drama and often. Her favorite mode of communication was over social media, in particular Twitter. Brandi has called out LeAnn over Twitter more times than Julie Chen has counted final votes for the winner of Big Brother. Most of Brandi’s issues with LeAnn have been over parenting concerns of the two children Brandi shares with Eddie.
Although almost ten years has passed since Eddie cheated on Brandi, she still likes to stir up drama between herself and the happy couple. A promo for the UK Celebrity Big Brother in the summer of 2017 featured Brandi sharing that her ex-husband married a c_n…try music singer. Just this past Halloween, Brandi and her new boyfriend, Donald Friese, dressed in country garb. Brandi posted a pic on Instagram sharing that they were attending a friend’s celebrity scandal couples themed party, while sarcastically asking her fans who they thought she was dressed as for the party.
As if all of this wasn’t enough payback for LeAnn having an affair with her husband, Brandi wrote a #1 NY Times bestseller in which she lambasted the country singer. Brandi claimed that LeAnn needed mental help, and then LeAnn shot back that Brandi was the only one that needed help. The war continues today, and this should provide for great late-night gossip inside the Big Brother house.
So the $100,00 question is … which drama queen will control the Celebrity Big Brother house? Will Omarosa’s boardroom experience with Donald Trump give her an edge, or will Brandi’s stint on the cat-fighting Real Housewives of Beverly Hills give her an advantage over Omarosa and the other Big Brother houseguests?
