Big Brother 20 Week 12 Live Eviction Recap (09/15/18)

When Julie Chen tells the viewers to ‘Expect the Unexpected’ in the game of Big Brother 20, we need to listen.  The completely unexpected happened when the game was down to the final 4, and JC Moundiux finally won his very first competition of the summer.  By all accounts, had JC not won this Head of Household competition, he would have been the next evicted houseguest leaving Level 6 to fight it out in the final 3.  That was not to be.

Now, JC must decide which two of the remaining three Level 6 alliance members he will nominate to the block for eviction tonight.  He must pick between Angela Rummans, Kaycee Clark, and Tyler Crispen.  Regardless of who is picked for the Big Brother block, Level 6 will not occupy the final 3 as they had hoped.  Ironically, the winner of tonight’s Power of Veto  will have complete control of this week’s evicted houseguest.  Needless to say, the POV competition tonight is the most important competition of the season thus far.

Block Nominations

At the nominations ceremony, JC decided to nominate Angela and Tyler for eviction.  JC did not take it so easy on Angela during the ceremony.  JC blasted Angela for throwing him to the side when she was HOH, and he said she made a “bitchy” move by not including him in the decision making.  Obviously, this puts Tyler in an awkward position.

Jury House Update

For starters, Julie Chen introduced the Jury House as the F.O.U.T.T.E. house being that all of the residences, sans Brett Robinson, are part of the original F.O.U.T.T.E. (aka Hive) alliance.  They showed Scottie Salton and Haleigh Broucher being dropped off at their new summer digs.

Interestingly, all of the jury members agreed that Kaycee is playing the best game in the Big Brother 20 house right now.  She has won competitions without getting any blood on her hands.  Her only drawback is that she has only won 1 Head of Household competition, but she still has a very impressive record in the game and is very likable.

Brett strolled into the Jury House next with mixed reviews.  Most of the old Hive alliance think that Brett is a douche bag, their words not mine.  Brett shared that his fatal mistake was telling Tyler his plan to go after Kaycee and Angela.  Brett wanted to go after the girls as he felt they were way too close and a force to be reckoned with in the Big Brother game.

Sam Bledsoe came in next and shared that she should had fought harder for herself and been more selfish in the game.  She said she trusted everyone else more than she should have in the game.  In the conversation, it did come out that Tyler had final 2 agreements with almost everyone in the house.

Power of Veto Competition

This competition is called Down to the Wires.  There will be clues given on TV screens at each players station about competitions this summer.  To stay in each round, the players must carefully maneuver a ball into a thumbs up or thumbs down into the 3 choices given.  After each round, the player is given a strike if they picked the wrong clues.  Once a player receives 2 strikes, they are eliminated from the competition.  The last player standing wins the final and most powerful Power of Veto in Big Brother 20.

To no surprise, JC is eliminated from the competition after just 2 rounds.  He is very frustrated and embarrassed with his performance.  In the 3rd rounds, Tyler received his first strike.  After 4 rounds, Tyler was eliminated from the comp leaving just Kaycee and Angela.  Neither player has any strikes at this point.

On to round 5.  Angela received her first strike in round 5, and she received her second strike in round 6.  KAYCEE CLARK WINS HER 5th POV!  Tyler and Angela know that one of them will be going to the jury house this week.  Which one joins the jury is entirely up to Kaycee.  This will be the most difficult decision she has to make this summer.

Big Decision Time

Kaycee must decide which houseguest to eliminate from the competition as she has the sole vote in this week’s eviction.  Does she pick her ride or die Tyler, or does she pick her ‘girl power’ partner Angela?  Either way, Level 6 will no longer command the final 3.  Kaycee has a big decision to make, and JC is hoping she picks Angela to hit the road to the jury house.

Live Eviction Vote

At the eviction ceremony, Angela and Tyler both told Kaycee that they will not hold a grudge against her for whatever decision she makes and whomever she evicts to the Jury House.

Kaycee Votes To Evict Angela

The final 3 of Big Brother 20 is Kaycee Clark, Tyler Crispen, and JC Moundiux.

At her exit interview with Julie, Angela said she was surprised that Kaycee picked her over Tyler.  She does respect Kaycee’s decision though.  Angela confessed that she is completely and totally In love with Tyler.  He reiterated the same to her in his goodbye message.
