Big Brother 19 Spoilers: Meet the New Houseguests (PHOTOS)

Big Brother Christmas (figuritively and literally) came a little early this year with the Big Brother 19 cast being leaked a few hours before CBS posted it. Hollywood Life made a huge error by releasing the photos around 4am EST. The Big Brother 19 cast revealed had many surprises, including the fact that all the Big Brother 19 cast rumors were wrong.

Well almost all of them. Looking through the Big Brother 19 cast photos, it is pretty clear that we’re in for a completely newbie season. The only rumor that proved true was that Raven Walton was among the new houseguests. Fans discovered her identity weeks ago.

The Big Brother cast reveal showed a different group of houseguests than we’ve have come to expect on Big Brother. Among the unexpected group is at least a few houseguests over the age of 30, and at least one over 50. We also have a cast just as diverse as Big Brother 18, with at least five racial minorities among the cast.

The Big Brother 19 casting team stuck with a few of its typical casting tropes. We see not 1, but 2 nerdy boy superfans. Cameron Heard looks like a direct ascendent of the Steve Moses, Ian Terry Big Brother superfan nerd lineage. Raven also looks like she fits the quirky girl stereotype to a t. We also have a few jock types with Cody Nickson and Mark Jansen. We also have the typical cheerleader type with Jessica Graf.

Right now, we’re intrigued to learn more about the Big Brother 19 cast. We’ll save further opinions until we learn more about the new 16 houseguests.
