A new multiverse was introduced into the game on the last episode of Big Brother 25. They included the BB Comic-verse, the Scramble-verse, the Scary-verse, and the Humli-verse. Sixteen new houseguests entered the Big Brother 25 house to begin competing for $750,000.
Rather than competing for the first Big Brother Head of Household, the Scramble-verse divided the houseguests into four different nomination competitions. The loser of each competition was placed on the block for eviction. The four losing houseguests were Jared Fields, Kirsten Elwin, Felicia Canon, and Cory Wurtenberger. In addition, the Scary-verse grabbed Cory and pulled him into the nether region, and we have no idea when he will be back in the game.
Biggest Big Brother 25 Season Twist
Another big twist occurred when Cirie Fields, a Survivor legend, entered the Big Brother 25 game and became the 17th houseguest for this anniversary season. Will Cirie and her son Jared be able to keep their secret from the other houseguests? Let’s find that out and much more tonight on Big Brother.
Izzy Gleicher immediately confronted Jared and told him that she knew that he was Cirie’s son. She follows Cirie’s IG account online. The three of them had a quick meeting and vowed to protect one another in the game. Izzy appears to be the only houseguest that knows of their relationship.
Big Brother 25 Introductions
As the houseguests were gathered in the living room getting to know one another, Cory came back from the nether region. He brought a message back with him for the houseguests from the Scary-verse. The message acknowledged that Cory was pulled into the nether region for a very short time, but next week a houseguest would not be so lucky. This will be interesting to watch play out in the Big Brother house.
After introductions, the Humili-verse asked for the first four houseguests to volunteer to be have-nots this season. The volunteers were Cory, Jared, Kirsten, and Luke Valentine for this week. The only way to leave the have-not room is to spin the dial and let the boot kick you in the rump the chosen number of times. That is for EVERY time the have-nots leave their room and anyone else that accompanies them during the Big Brother 25 season. Ouch!
First Big Brother 25 Alliance
The first alliance of the Big Brother 25 season was created in the workout room with Jared, Kirsten, Luke, Matt Klotz, and Reilly Smedley. Luke throws out the name of the Phalanx 5, and they all seem to agree with the name. The name represents an armed infantry standing shoulder to shoulder several rows deep to create a strong defense. All participants agree, but none seem to think the group will last very long.
In addition, Kirsten made a deal with Cirie to protect one another. Kirsten is worried about being the first Big Brother houseguest evicted because she lost her competition and could be on the block. Jared and Cirie spoke about Kirsten in private. Even though they are in an alliance together, Jared feels as though he can’t trust her.
Felicia told Cirie about how Kirsten approached her about aligning together. In return, Cirie told Felicia that Kirsten was forming another alliance called the Phalanx 5 with Jared and others. Felicia thinks Kirsten is putting a large target on her back by trying to form so many alliances at the jump.
Week One Head of Household Competition
The BB Comic-verse sponsored the first HOH competition. The four houseguests that lost the previous competitions will have to sit this one out and are not allowed to compete (Cory, Kirsten, Felicia, and Jared). This competition is a comic-themed course. The HOH will have the power to remove two of the nominees from the block for eviction this week.
This is a balance beam timed course with large comic signs swinging over the course in an attempt to knock you off the course. Whoever runs the “Crash Course in Comic” competition with the fastest time wins the first HOH competition in Big Brother 25. Anyone that falls off the balance beam must start over while the time does not reset.
Each houseguest runs the course privately, so the other participants have no idea what the other runners have done. In the end, Reilly won the competition and was the first HOH of the Big Brother 25 season. She now must pick two houseguests to take off the block.
Of course, the four nominees speak with Reilly and try to convince her to take them off the block. Reilly decided to take Cory and Jared off the block this week for eviction. This means that either Felicia or Kirsten could be sent home this week. They both still have the Power of Veto competition to save themselves from eviction to be played later. We should see those results on Wednesday.
Join us again this Wednesday, August 9th, at 8 PM EST for the Power of Veto competition and final block nominees.
