Last night on Big Brother 26, we met the first eight houseguests to enter the house: Angela Murray, Cam Sullivan Brown, Chelsie Baham, Joseph Rodriguez, Kimo Apaka, Makensy Manbeck, Tucker Des Lauriers, and Rubina Bernabe. They were introduced to a potential 17th houseguest, Ainsley, and told to vote on whether they wanted her to join them inside the Big Brother 26 house. Ainsley was revealed to be an AI addition to the game.
There was a split vote, with Angela, Joseph, Rubina, and Makensy voting to keep Ainsley. These four houseguests were told they would compete for a significant upgrade in the Big Brother 26 game, while the other four competed with the loser receiving a downgrade. Makensy won the upgrade, while Chelsie gained the downgrade. Now, it is time to meet the remaining houseguests.
The second set of eight houseguests moved into the Big Brother 26 house. They were Brooklyn Rivera, Cedric Hodges, Kenney Kelley, Leah Peters, Lisa Weintraub, Matt Hardeman, Quinn Martin, and T’Kor Clottey.
The remaining houseguests were given the same opportunity to vote for Ainsley to enter the Big Brother 26 game. The group cast their secret vote to keep Ainsley.
Once the votes were tallied, the group did not keep Ainsley in the Big Brother 26 house. The same rules apply. Those who voted to keep Ainsley will compete in an AI Chip Install upgrade competition. The houseguests must install four chips into the mainframe while the room is gyrating. The player to accomplish the task quickly will win a significant upgrade to their Big Brother 26 game.
The downgrade competition is called Facial Recognition. In this competition, the players must transfer three discs into receptacles using only their face, chest, and shoulders. They cannot use their hands or arms and have just 60 seconds to complete the process.
The upgrade competition was held between Quinn and Leah.
The downgrade competition was held between Brooklyn, T’Kor, Matt, Lisa, Cedric, and Kenney.
Before the winners and losers were revealed, all 16 houseguests were brought together inside the Big Brother 26 house. Chelsie and Cedric were the downgraded houseguests, and they were told of their loss in front of all the houseguests. This week, their downgrade eliminates them from competing for Head of Household or the Power of Veto. They will also not be allowed to vote at the first live eviction.
Makensy and Quinn won the upgrade powers, but the other houseguests are unaware of their victories. One will receive the Deep Fake HOH, and the other will receive America’s Veto. Join us this Sunday, July 21, at 9 PM EST.
