Late Thursday night, viewers of the Big Brother live feeds began to wonder if something very strange was going on in the Big Brother 13 house when one of the houseguests mysteriously went missing for a very long period of time.
The next morning, we learned that something huge had indeed happened inside the Big Brotherhouse and revealed the shocking news to you here. Now we have a statement released by CBS and the houseguest involved about what went down in the Big Brotherhouse that left the other houseguests and fans shocked and dismayed.

Thursday night after the Big Brother 13 premiere, the houseguests became concerned when Evel Dick went into the Diary Room and then never came out. Dick never appeared on the live feeds when the launched after the premiere and by the time midnight rolled around, everyone in the house was concerned and a bit freaked out over his vanishing. Even his daughter, Daniele Donato, was pissed off that she didn’t know what was going on and eventually had to be calmed down by the Big Brother people before she went ballistic.
Saturday morning we learned that Evel Dick had left the Big Brother 13 house allegedly of his own free will. Rumors quickly sped around the Net that he had been thrown off for posting a video about being on Big Brother 13 that appeared on his website, RTVZone.com AFTER he was already in the Big Brother house. A random comment from another houseguest about his girlfriend then led some to speculate that she might be sick or injured and that is why Evel Dick left.
Well, we still don’t know for certain why Evel Dick left the Big Brother 13 house. However, we have finally had statements released both from CBS and Evel Dick himself regarding his sudden exit from the show.
“Due to a personal matter, Big Brother houseguest Dick Donato had to leave the game unexpectedly on Thursday. His departure will be addressed on the episode to be broadcast on Wednesday, July 13,” CBS said in a press statement.
Meanwhile, Evel Dick took to his Twitter account to release a series of messages about his departure from Big Brother 13.
“I will be releasing a public video statement on @RTVZone in the next couple days concerning my departure from the Big Brother House… But to squash the rumors, I am not in jail, don’t have cancer, my mother son and girlfriend are not in the hospital & I was not kicked out,” Donato posted on his Twitter feed. “Don’t bother asking me questions, I won’t be answering… I will let you know when my public statement is posted on @RTVZone… Thanks for all the concern and well wishes”
Dick updated his Twitter on Sunday to state that, again, he “wasn’t booted” from the show and he will be releasing his video statement about leaving the show on RTVZone.com on Monday. “Some things in life are more important than a tv show. Those things give you perspective in your life. This is one of those things,” Dick Tweeted.
