Tonight, on Celebrity Big Brother 3, we are settling in for the second eviction of the season already. Chris Kirkpatrick won the Head of Household competition. He was in the middle of the Big Brother house between aligned Carson Kressley and Cynthia Bailey and the other side of the house represented by Todrick Hall and Meisha Tate.
Todrick and Meisha wanted Chris to target Carson as they thought he was currently the biggest threat in the Big Brother house. On the other hand, Carson and Cynthia wanted Meisha targeted because she was trying to take over the current HOH. Chris nominated Mirai Nagasu and Chris Kattan to the block for eviction with Mirai as the target.
Block Nomination Aftermath
Meisha was upset that Carson was not the initial target for eviction this week. She is not giving up hope though that he will end up on the block because there is still a Power of Veto competition to play. Carson could still end up on the block.
Todrick and Meisha won’t stop bombarding Chris about targeting Carson this week instead of Mirai. They keep cornering him and pitching the move to go after Carson. They also said that Mirai was no harm to them and could only help their game further on.
Power of Veto Competition
The competitors for this event are Chris Kirkpatrick, Chris Kattan, Mirai, Todrick, Shanna Moakler, and Cynthia. This competition is called Marry Me. Julie will show a picture with a large crowd of fans holding signs. There will only be one fan holding a sign that says Marry Me. Each houseguest will pick which section the person is in that’s holding the sign.
One point will be awarded for each correct question answered. After 7 rounds of questions, the houseguest with the most points will win the golden power of veto.
After 7 rounds of the competition, Shanna and Todrick were tied for the most correct answers. In the tie-breaker, Shanna won and holds the golden power of veto.
Power of Veto Ceremony
At the POV ceremony, Shanna decided to keep the nominations the same. That means that either Chris Kattan or Mirai are going home tonight.
Week 2 Live Eviction Vote
Now is the time for the live eviction vote. The live votes were as follows:
Cynthia voted to evict Mirai
Meisha voted to evict Mirai
Carson voted to evict Mirai
Lamar Odom voted to evict Mirai
Todrick votes to evict Mirai
Todd Bridges voted to evict Mirai
Shanna voted to evict Mirai
By a unanimous of 7-0, Mirai was evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother 3 house. During her exit interview with Julie Chen Moonves, she said she was completely prepared to be evicted tonight. She felt she didn’t relate to any of the other celebrities in the Big Brother house.
