This Big Brother 25 week proves why blindsides are fun for the viewers but not the houseguests. Cirie and her group (which basically consists of the entire house) agreed that the best plan was to evict Red without telling Cameron and Bowie. This decision immediately backfired on them when Cameron won the Head of Household competition. This recent betrayal gives Cameron the freedom to target whoever he wants.
That seems to be his exact plan. Cameron has told various people that he plans to nominate Jag and Blue this week, also known as a repeat of his last Head of Household nominees. However, Cameron has been even more cryptic about a potential bigger plan at work. The last time he held power, he considered backdooring Izzy.
However, Red talked him out of it. Now with no Red to hold him back, Cameron may take a shot at the core three: Felicia, Cirie, and Izzy. Nevertheless, it seems he may be attempting to do this via a backdoor. But that may not work as well as he suspects. He hasn’t really been doing much to build a team to actually vote out one of these three people. He hasn’t, so far, been using his HOH power and influence to change his fate.
If anything, he’s securing his upcoming eviction even more.
Cameron has floated the idea to Jag to not nominate him this week to gain a week of safety. Therefore, he might not nominate Jag, but Blue seems like a locked nominee. We may see Blue on the block with Jag or someone else, with whoever sits next to her being his target. He has told the house that Jag is his target, but from his coded conversations, it seems like Jag may be a backup target but not the true one.
This may be the first nomination ceremony in a while that we’re not completely sure who the Head of Household will nominate. That may be fun for some and frustrating for others.
