The Power of Veto Competition for week three of Big Brother 18 took place on Saturday in the late afternoon. Prior to the Veto Competition, everyone was making all kinds of crazy speculations about what might happen depending on who won the PoV.
Players for this week’s Power of Veto Competition included Head of Household Paulie, his nominees Natalie and Tiffany, Roadkill nominee Corey (put up by Tiffany), and picked players Paul and Da’Vonne.
After the Big Brother Live Feeds returned following the Veto Competition, we learned that Corey had won the challenge.
So that means Tiffany’s Roadkill nominee should take himself off the block, unless he’s crazy. We do have to mention that Corey actually told Natalie at one point that if he won he would take her off the block rather than himself. Later though he backtracked on that stupidity hard and said he was just kidding.
However, Paul is now trying to persuade Corey not to use the PoV, while Paulie is telling him he should. Corey seems confused by what to do, and seems like he might actually be again considering not taking himself off the block so that Tiffany won’t have the renom chance (since it’s now known she won Roadkill). But if he has any sense at all, he will save himself — because he could end up getting evicted if he doesn’t.
If Corey does indeed use the Veto on himself as he should, that means Tiffany will have the chance to name the renom. As it stands right now, Nicole has been talked about as the leading choice. On the other hand, she also has Zakiyah in her target range as well as a possible substitute because of her showmance with Paulie. It’s all about who Tiffany think is more likely to get voted out than she is, if that’s at all possible.
If Correy uses the Power of Veto to save Natalie instead of himself, then things could get even more interesting. We could even see Da’Vonne going up on the block, and boy that would make for some drama!
