On June 18, Big Brother 12 winner Hayden Moss and cast mate Kathy Hills turned out to help at the Kentuckiana Police and FireFighters Summer Bash Benefit. The event raises money for Kosiar Charities, which “helps children receive the medical care they need to be able to walk, run and dance.”

Hayden Moss and Kathy Hills were on hand in Louisville, Kentucy for the event, along with a slew of other reality TV names, to sign autographs and take pictures with guests to help the fundraising effort. Admission the event was $50 and a jar of peanut butter.

This was the eighth anniversary of the Summer Bash Benefit. The event also featured Survivor winners Chris Daugherty (Vanuatu) and two-time winner Sandra Diaz-Twine. Other Survivor cast members, including Natalie Tenerelli, Holly Hoffman and James Miller were also scheduled to attend. Other celebrities reportedly gracing the bash included Vincent Pastore of the Sopranos, William Mapother of Lost and Amazing Race winner LaKisha Hoffman.

Ryan Haidet of SheKnows.com spoke to Hayden Moss about why he showed up to help out the cause. “Being able to give back, it’s good; coming out, spending a little bit of my time out here,” he said.

On the Big Brother 13 front, we are still waiting to hear the news about the new houseguests and the new house! The first photos, videos and interviews are expected to start hitting the press tomorrow.
