The Big Brother 19 week 1 nominees seem cursed. First, after feeling overwhelmed, Megan Lowder self-evicted from the Big Brother house. Now it looks like another Big Brother 2017 nominee took a major literal fall today.
This morning, when the Big Brother 19 Live Feeds returned, we saw Christmas Abbott lying on the ground outside. Jason Dent was the only one in the backyard with her, so she told him to go tell production to get her medical assistance.
Christmas was quick to label her injury a broken foot. The Big Brother Live Feeds then went to their normal screen of Cats. When the feeds returned, the Big Brother 2017 houseguests began speculating about Christmas’s foot.
Matthew Clines and Cody Nickson mentioned carrying Christmas to the diary room to get help. Jason also revealed how the injury occurred: Christmas and him were goofing around (he was carrying her), and then he slipped, and they both fell.
Christmas is not the first Big Brother player to sustain an injury while in the house. Last season, Bridgette Dunning broke her leg and later returned to the game with crutches. According to BBFeedster, Big Brother has already told the houseguests that if Christmas goes to the hospital and her injuries won’t effect her too much, she will be admitted back into the Big Brother 19 house.
Big Brother Network did a full report of the Christmas injury, that includes photos and flashback times, so head there for more details.
We will also continue to monitor this Christmas story and give you more details as they become available. Hopefully Christmas doesn’t leave the Big Brother 19 game early.
Update: After nearly 5 hours away, Christmas returned to the house on crutches. So everyone can take a breath. Not another person will have to self-evict.
