A day of celebration for the Big Brother 20 Hive turned into another day of chaos. Following Bayleigh Dayton‘s eviction, Sam Bledsoe lost it. She was crying or near tears most of the night. Sam stayed close to Angie “Rockstar” Lantry, who she claimed was one of the few people she could trust. Rockstar helped keep her calm and gained a bit of her loyalty. A lot of Sam’s turmoil came with the fact that she really didn’t want to vote to evict Bayleigh or Rockstar, but decided to give Bayleigh her vote because she knew that the Big Brother 2018 houseguests wanted to vote unanimously against Bayleigh.
Briefly, Scottie Salton and Brett Robinson discussed what happened before Thursday’s eviction. Scottie felt that JC Mounduix was trying to pin a flipped vote on either Faysal Shafaat, Haleigh Broucher, or himself. JC toldHaleigh and Faysal that he would vote with them until Scottie was pulled into the room to confirm their four votes to evict Rockstar. Then JC changed his story.
To get everyone on the same page with the votes, Scottie then apparently made some sort of announcement to the entire house. Sam continued to meltdown throughout the night. Her emotional distress gave Rockstar some key information about Sam’s mindset, like that she wants to get Tyler Crispen and Angela Rummans out of the game.
Sam mentioned to Rockstar earlier that she thought people were talking about her behind her back. Sam also said that she didn’t trust Tyler and called him shady. Sam also mentioned him not talking to her recently. Earlier in the day, Tyler sensed something was up with Sam, so he tried to rebuild trust with her by telling her about his power app. This seemed to have actually created more tension between them.
Following Haleigh Broucher‘s HOH win, Tyler went around to his alliance members telling them to encourage Haleigh to backdoor him. He told Brett that to trust him, and for Haleigh to backdoor him was the only way to keep them all safe this week.
Haleigh had a bunch of one on ones before midnight. The one with Tyler involved him making repeat attempts to find out if she planned to initially nominate him or backdoor him. She claimed that she didn’t plan to nominate him at all. Haleigh did plan to nominate Tyler, but as a backdoor. She spoke with Scottie during their meeting about her nomination options.
He encouraged her to nominate Sam and Tyler. Haleigh said she didn’t want to nominate Tyler, because it will give him a chance at Veto. Haleigh and Faysal had the most interesting meeting, because she revealed to him all the things that Scottie told her about him, and that Scottie was the one that told them. Faysal lost it.
He wanted Scottie on the block and out the house. JC, of course, encouraged Fessy’s anger, which lead to a lot of sulking and bad game moves, like interrogating Tyler infront of Haleigh. Haleigh being fed up, and having enough of him, let Fessy have it.
By the end of the night, things calmed down, and Rockstar revealed to Faysal and Haleigh what Sam told her. This made Haleigh want to not nominate Sam, to try to gain her as a potential ally. Later today, Haleigh plans to nominate Kaycee Clark and Angela. Her real plan is still to backdoor Tyler, but things may quickly go to hell when Tyler uses his Cloud app.
