Who Won Round One HOH Tonight On Big Brother 21? (9/22/19)

With only two episodes left of Big Brother 21, tonight’s episode will feature round one of the three-part Head of Household (HOH) competition. All three remaining houseguests, Nicole Anthony, Holly Allen, and Jackson Michie, are eligible to compete for the final HOH. This is truly ‘do or die’ time in the Big Brother house if these houseguests want to make it to the final two and the ability to pick who they are standing next to when the time comes for the jurors to vote.

Michie has proven to be a competition beast, but Nicole and Holly both have victories under their belts as well. Round one of the final HOH competition is traditionally an endurance competition, but this is Big Brother…always expect the unexpected. In addition to the HOH comp, we will be treated to a walk down memory lane and a special visit from last year’s final three houseguests. Sit back, relax, and enjoy as our Big Brother summer is almost over.

Nicole is a bit sour that she is left in the Big Brother house with a showmance, but she is determined to fight as hard as she can to get to the final two. Michie and Holly are thrilled that their plan to reach final two is just around the corner. They want final two just as bad as Nicole. Nicole is doing her best to separately convince Michie and Holly that she is a better choice to take to final two than their showmance partner.

Big Brother 21 Walk Down Memory Lane

Memories start right at the first moments of the houseguests coming into the Big Brother house. Don’t forget, Michie was elected as the Camp Director in the first few days which gave him safety in the first week. His relationship with Jack Matthews was crucial to his advancement, although he did anything and everything possible to keep Holly in the game with him. In the end, Michie has been a competition beast without the best social game.

Nicole was an underdog in the Big Brother house from the get-go. At first, it didn’t appear as though Nicole could pull her own weight and was just a floater. In the end, Nicole proved her worth in the house by grabbing comp wins when absolutely necessary. Nicole was responsible for sending Christie Murphy to jury which no one else seemed capable of doing. Other than voting out Tommy Bracco, Nicole has played a very good, clean, mistake-free game.

Holly started her Big Brother game by joining the majority alliance as her first strategic move. She never intended to be involved in a showmance, and she hopes she has proved she is more than just that girl in the showmance by making the final three. Holly lasted 83 days off the block, but she was then a replacement nominee when Nicole saved Cliff with her Power of Veto (POV).

Big Brother 20 Houseguests Special Visit

Last year’s Big Brother 20 winner, Kaycee Clark, along with Tyler Crispen and JC Moundiux joined Julie Chen Moonves for a quick chat about this season. Kaycee was very surprised that Holly and Michie are in the final two. Big Brother 101, according to JC, is to go for the showmance. All agree that Nicole has played a good social game. JC was impressed she avoided the block for so long. In addition, each of them think Michie is too aggressive. Ironically, each picked a different houseguest to win.

Round One Head of Household Competition

This competition is called Raiders of the BB Relics. The players must cross a harrowing rope bridge to rotating pillars over a lava pit to get to the other side. Once there, they must complete the ancient BB puzzle. Once complete, the treasure chest will open revealing gold coins. Each player must transfer 25 gold coins back to their starting platform, one at a time. The first to complete this challenge wins the first round of the HOH and guaranteed a spot in the third round of the HOH competition to be played on finale night.

All three houseguests make their way to the puzzle, and this one is difficult. Surprisingly, Michie was the first to complete his puzzle, and he started transferring his gold pieces. Holly was next, and Nicole pulled up the rear. Nicole is not out of the comp. She is right on their tales. In the end, Michie won the HOH competition and will sit out round two.

Round two and three will be shown on finale night along with the live juror votes. Tune in for the last episode of Big Brother 21 on Wednesday, September 25 at 930 PM EST/ 830 PM CST.
