Big Brother spoilers off the Live Feeds the past few days gave us a tiny bit of hope for a big surprise on eviction night. Unfortunately, Head of Household Cody pretty much ruined the chances for that when he refused to budge on his choice of target. Which was kind of ironic considering he had to be convinced to go after them in the first place.
For those fans who have been watching the Big Brother Live Feeds, we know that Derrick practically had to whack Cody over the head earlier this week to make sure Donny would be the prime target who got voted off Big Brother 2014 this week. Cody was strongly considering making a big move, like using the Power of Veto he won and putting Frankie up as the replacement nominee. Derrick, however, convinced him that Donny was the more important person to get out right now.
However, as the week progressed (and we think perhaps at the urging of production), a rally began to try to flip the vote and save Donny this week. Oddly enough, it was led by Frankie, who started claiming that he was much more in fear of Nicole in the coming week than Donny. (Or maybe he got the hint from somewhere that evicting fan favorite Donny, a member of his own Team America secret alliance, was going to make him look like a douche-bag.)
Although Derrick kind of came around on the idea despite previously being the one to convince Cody that Donny needed to be the one who went home on Big Brother this week, it was to no avail. Cody was now firmly planted on Donny as the target and he wasn’t going to budge. Despite Cody not being able to vote this week, Derrick was not willing to go against that. Which means no vote to keep Donny from him OR his butt buddy Victoria.
Alas, the last minute attempt at a vote flip totally failed and when the votes were counted in the Big Brother eviction results on Wednesday night, Donny “Fear the Beard” Thompson was packed off to the Jury house.
