Big Brother After Dark Recap 7/2/2016

After this beginning conversation, there was a change in mindset.  Frank said he’d rather keep Natalie and Bronte in the house over Tiffany because that still leaves a couple of weeks to get Natalie and Bronte, or other members not in the majority alliance out.  If they can get Victor out this week, they will still easily have the votes going forward even if they evict Tiffany.  Frank even suggests letting James’ team win Head of Household (the plan for this current week and for the foreseeable future was for him to throw it, to get out his team) so Natalie can become HOH.  James can then hopefully influence her to put Tiffany on the block which would protect the alliance from looking like they turned on her.

Frank says if they don’t get rid of Tiffany (most likely after Victor and Bronte), then they need to get rid of Paulie since he can win competitions.  They also think that Corey could potentially win a lot of competitions.  Frank would rather have Bridgette and Natalie in jury, over Tiffany, but they are not aware of the Battle Back twist.

If they were to evict Tiffany as one of the next three evictions, she would have a chance to re-enter the game.  If their hit list is Victor, Bronte and then Tiffany – Tiffany would be the fifth person evicted and would only have to win a single one-on-one competition to get back into the game.  Paul would be last on their forward looking hit list, but this would be after the first five evictions.  He seems to be off their radar currently.

Both Frank and James appear to be pretty loyal to the four veterans, even if not completely loyal to the eight pack; however, Frank has an alliance with Paulie and Corey (generally deemed the “bros” alliance), yet he has discussed with James about when to take them out.

Now for some fun, less serious highlights from the episode.

Now that competitions are over for the week, the houseguests received an alcohol delivery.  While nothing too crazy happened tonight, a few of the houseguests joked about keeping the alcohol in the pantry and saving it all for themselves and not sharing with anyone else.  Only two bottles of wine (plus six beers) were provided, when normally three bottles of wine are given.  The houeguests who discovered the booze were worried that they would be blamed for stealing the alcohol.

In the Head of Household room, with a bunch of houseguests in attendance, Paul Abrahamian attempts to tell a riddle; however, he makes it into a game.  He offers a sentence and then you have to ask questions with a “yes” or “no” answer to try to determine the circumstances surrounding the sentence.  He finds it fun because it creates a story, but mostly everyone seemed frustrated.  Tiffany was pretty much the only one participating.

And lastly, to end this recap, Michelle and Tiffany dressed James up in a “New York” outfit and deemed him to look like a hipster.
