Big Brother 24 Power of Veto Week 9 Ceremony Results (09/05/22)

Michael Bruner has pretty much been locked in with his nominations since the moment he won Head of Household. He should take a shot at Monte Taylor or Matt Turner but he’s determined to not become the villain of Big Brother 24. Making a move against Turner, and going against his word, sets him up to be viewed as an untrustworthy player and someone willing to do anything possible to win. This shouldn’t be that big of a deal so close to the end, but for Michael, it is a big deal.

Big Brother 24 Power of Veto Ceremony

Michael has put himself in a position where he needs to win every competition that he’s eligible to play or he’s out of the game. Going into Thursday’s Big Brother 24 Double Eviction, he’s in a very vulnerable position. The best way to decrease his eviction danger is to take out another potential competition beast.

No other player has shown any set of skills comparable to Michael’s skills, but Turner has at least won a couple of competitions. This makes him Michael’s biggest competitive rival in the game. Now Turner made a major game sacrifice last week by being the person to take out Kyle Capener. He then made a deal with Michael, where Michael promised not to nominate him. Michael wants to stay true to his word.

Brittany Hoopes knows that it’s better for Michael and her game to take out Monte or Turner this week instead of Alyssa Snider or Terrance Higgins, but Michael refuses to consider any other option. As the Veto holder, he plans to not use the Veto.

Michael did not use the Veto. Either Alyssa or Terrance will head to the jury on Thursday.

As of now, Terrance is the player most likely to be heading to the jury on Thursday. However, overnight, because of Brittany, Monte and Turner learned that the women now have a final three deal. They could use this opportunity to take out Alyssa to weaken that new final three, but we doubt it’ll happen. Monte and Turner both want Taylor out next. Also, unless Brittany also agrees to vote out Alyssa, it would end in a tie scenario. If forced to break the tie, Michael is more likely to vote out Terrance over Alyssa.

This Thursday is also the double eviction, so whoever leaves this week will soon be joined by another player.
