Big Brother 24 has finally begun, and it’s been a whirlwind. Last night viewers watched as Daniel Durston became the first Head of Household of the season. Then it was a no rest kind of night as the Big Brother 2022 Live Feeds started. The houseguests barely slept. They spent most of the night getting to know each other, strategizing, and trying to figure out what exactly was going on with the backstage twist.
With first night adrenaline, there usually is an alliance or two formed. Well in typical Big Brother fashion, we have our first major alliance. It’s an all-girls alliance, but it may not be the feminist movement of our dreams.
It basically started when Paloma Aguilar and Alyssa Snider discussed their impressions of the house and who they wanted to form an alliance with in the future. They spoke about getting a big alliance going that involved men and women. They mentioned Kyle Capener, Jasmine Davis, and Joe “Pooch” Pucciarelli as potential alliance mates. They also mentioned Ameerah Jones, Indy Santos, and Monte Taylor as potential players to include in a big alliance. However, they weren’t sure about Monte because of his potential relationship with Taylor Hale.
Paloma and Alyssa discussed not being huge fans of Taylor’s personality. Paloma even called her tone “condescending” at one point. They said she gave them “bad vibes.” They also discussed getting her in a showmance, just to get her out of the house. They also discussed Jasmine being a really possible loyal player. This happened at about 2:04 am BBT.
Around 3:46 am BBT, most of the women had been bonding in the bedrooms– just discussing life things, but the convo started to turn towards a discussion on Taylor again. This time, Ameerah, Paloma, and Jasmine were the ones who were the most vocal about not bonding with Taylor. Nicole Layog was also mentioned. Eventually, the women decided that they should form an alliance. The six women in the room were Paloma, Alyssa, Jasmine, Ameerah, Indy, and Brittany–basically all the women but Taylor and Nicole.
They planned to make this their core alliance. They agreed to form alliances outside the group, but it wouldn’t be their true alliance. They also wanted to manipulate the men and get rid of them. They called their alliance Girls, Girls,.
Now it’s very early Big Brother 24 days, so this alliance could be over by the end of the day. However, for now, we’ll be watching Girls, Girls to see if they have the longevity to go far in this game.
