!SPOILER ALERT! – Big Brother 13 Week 9 Pandora’s Box Surprise

By: on September 2, 2011 |

WARNING: Reviews and recaps on may inherently contain SPOILERS you may not want to read! Please beware!

Pandora’s Box is almost always one of the most fun twists in the Big Brother game — usually anyway. Sometimes it will lead to huge upsets in the Big Brother 13 house, like it did when Porsche opened it and let louse the duo rules on the house for a week. (Eventually resulting in Jordan and Rachel having the power to vote out Shelly.) Apparently Big Brother 13 executives thought we needed an extra dose of Pandora’s Box to keep things interesting this week and so they pulled it out again to tempt the new Head of Household.

Extra warning in advance for those who don’t want spoilers, this post is full of them so run away now! But if you want to know what happened with the latest Pandora’s Box surprise, just click underneath our SPOILER alert below.

[spoiler name=”Week 9 Pandora Box Surprise”]

When the live eviction episode of Big Brother 13 on CBS ended last night, the Head of Household Competition was still going on. We had to wait patiently and watch the Big Brother live feeds to find out the eventual winner — Rachel. Love her or hate her, the girl does have a knack for winning competitions.

When Rachel went up to the Head of Household this morning, she discovered the Big Brother powers-that-be had left her a present in the form of another Pandora’s Box temptation. In the HoH room, Rachel found a ‘celebrity shopping spree’ invitation and pictures of Tori Spelling. Thinking maybe she would get to have Tori Spelling help her with her wedding plans to Brendon, Rachel jumped to open Pandora’s Box.

Of course, Rachel should have known that Pandora’s box is never that obvious. So when she stepped through the Pandora’s Box door, she didn’t end up meeting Tori Spelling. Instead, she ended up getting surprised by Big Brother alumni Jessie ‘Mr. Pectacular’ Godderz in a speedo. Oh joy!

Meanwhile, the OTHER houseguests did indeed get to meet Tori Spelling and get a mass of free clothes. Poor Rachel was forced to watch all the fun from upstairs. The houseguests were nice though and did grab some free stuff for Rachel. Jordan says she grabbed the clothes with “sequins” just for Rachel. Awwwh.

It’s kind of fun to watch all the houseguests playing dress-up with piles of clothes all over. You can check it out for yourself with the Flashback on the Big Brother live feeds at 11:51 AM BBT.

!SPOILER ALERT! – Big Brother 13: Week 9 Head of Household Results

By: on September 2, 2011 |

After the live eviction on Big Brother 13 last night, the new Head of Household competition continued on the Big Brother live feeds. This competition was totally one of the most disgusting of the season. The houseguests were forced to crawl through a pool of gooey grossness that clung to them like giant snot and then over a pile of candy and styrofoam peanuts digging into their hands and knees and sticking all over them.

All of this while clutching drippy, sticky, nasty slime-covered donuts. I personally don’t know how the houseguests don’t end up puking their guts out during some of these things. Still, everyone kept their stomachs intact and a new Head of Household has emerged to wreak havoc in the BB13 house. If you want to know the winner, just click underneath our SPOILER alert below!

[spoiler name=”Week 9 Head of Household Results”]

Once again, Rachel has managed to land as the winner of yet another competition, making her the new Head of Household. It should be fun to see how things go down this week with Rachel as HoH and a possible Pandora’s Box coming up again. Plus, we have another double eviction week on the way. Lots of drama in the BB13 house this week!

Big Brother 13 Episode 22: Live Eviction and Head of Household Competition

By: on September 2, 2011 |

WARNING: Reviews and recaps on may inherently contain SPOILERS you may not want to read! Please beware!

Last night’s live eviction on Big Brother 13 hardly came as a surprise to anyone after a week of watching one of the nominated players battle for their lives… completely fruitlessly. For those watching the CBS Big Brother 13 episodes, the person who was going to the Jury House seemed relatively certain, even if CBS does try to always make it look dicey. For those watching the Big Brother live feeds, there was no question at all who would bite the bullet this week.

After Rachel ended up with the Power of Veto this week and took herself and Jordan off the eviction block, the next move seemed all to obvious. Houseguest Shelly Moore had done the unforgivable, she had betrayed her alliance with Jeff and Jordan and voted for Jeff to be evicted. Despite any other game play consideration, I just couldn’t see any way that Jordan would not vote Shelly out. And where Jordan voted, Rachel was going to vote. Click Here to Continue Reading »

Big Brother 13 Week 8 Eviction Prediction

By: on September 1, 2011 |

Predicting who is going to get eliminated this week on Big Brother 13 is not really a difficult prospect. If you have been paying attention at all, it is pretty obvious which Big Brother 13 houseguest is going to get the boot to the Jury House tonight.

Everyone and their brother seems to hate Shelly Moore right now, but one can argue that she played a pretty strong game… right up until that fateful moment she betrayed Jeff and Jordan. Once Jordan and Jeff learned of her betrayal and the whole house found out how much backdoor dealing Shelly has been doing with EVERYONE, well, she was pretty much screwed.

When Porsche opened Pandora’s Box and set loose the duo rules in the house again for the week — thus putting veterans Rachel and Jordan back in a position of power — that was the beginning of the end for Shelly. When Rachel won Power of Veto and took herself and Jordan off the block, that was the final blow. Porsche had no choice but to put up Shelly and Adam. And while Adam may not be a safe choice to keep in the house either, everyone knows now how dangerous and unpredictable Shelly is. Plus, well, getting on the bad side of BOTH Rachel and Jordan was just asking for doom.

So, our prediction, along with most of America, is that Shelly Moore will be getting kicked out tonight and be heading off to the Jury House. Where she will have to put up with Jeff smirking at her endlessly.

!SPOILER ALERT! – Big Brother 13 Week 8 Veto Ceremony Results

By: on August 29, 2011 |

The Power of Veto Ceremony for week 8 in the Big Brother 13 house is over. The results were hardly shocking considering who won the POV. Now it is up to the two players on the eviction block to campaign like hell to be the one who stays in the house. Unfortunately for one of them, it just may be far too late…

If you can’t wait to know how the Power of Veto was used this week, just click underneath the SPOILER alert below!

[spoiler name=”Week 7 Power of Veto Ceremony Results”]

This week’s Power of Veto winner, Rachel, naturally used the POV to take herself and her partner Jordan off the block. (See the recap of last night’s episode regarding Pandora’s Box if you are behind.)

Porsche, the current Head of Household, had no choice but to put up Adam and Shelly. This leaves only three potential votes to be had for eviction on Thursday’s live show. There is no potential tie-breaker. At this point, it is difficult to see how Shelly could possibly pull herself out of the pit she’s dug and stay in the house.

When Jordan and Jeff found out she betrayed them by voting for Daniele to stay in the house… well, that was just not good for manipulative, back-stabbing, lying, two-faced Shelly. Now Rachel and Jordan are totally against her and Adam will happily stab Shelly in the back any which way he can to stay in the game.

Still, you just never know in Big Brother what might happen. The other houseguests may decide at this point that Adam is a bigger threat. Until those votes are cast, you can never count on the outcome!
