Matt is the new Big Brother 25 Head of Household. He’s been riding or dying with Jag all season. Along the way, they pulled Bowie in to become a trio. However, Matt has always been closer to Cirie than Bowie. We all knew he would put Jag first as someone to protect this week. However, it was a mystery whether he tried to keep Cirie or Bowie off the block. Everyone knew that Felicia would go on the block.
Additionally, we also knew that Matt would prefer Felicia’s eviction at the final five, but as Head of Household, he has very little say in the decision. Jag has mentioned several times that he didn’t trust Cirie. Also, Jag can easily influence Bowie to feel a certain way about a player. So if Jag said Cirie needed to go, Bowie would likely be on board. Last night, Jag already began to plant the seeds for Bowie and him to evict Cirie this week.
Matt made that possibility even easier by deciding to nominate Cirie and Felicia. He wanted to return the favor of Bowie not nominating him in the double eviction by keeping her off the block. It also seems like Matt may be coming around to the idea of Jag, Bowie, and him in the finale together.
Originally, it seemed like he saw his ideal final three as Cirie, him, and Jag, but by risking Cirie’s eviction, he seems fine with her leaving this week. I think he would prefer Felicia to leave next, but I don’t know if Jag or Bowie will have to work that hard to ensure they get his permission to vote out Cirie.
