Big Brother 12: Eviction and HOH Competition – Week 6

Warning to all! If you have not seen Thursday night’s Big Brother 12 eviction and Head of Household competition episode, STOP READING NOW! This is an official SPOILER ALERT for those of you on the west coast or anyone waiting to catch it later on your DVR.

Tonight on Big Brother 12 marks the sixth live eviction of the season and it could be the most shocking yet! No one can truly predict who will be leaving the Big Brother house tonight and it’s all because of Matt.

Matt holds all the cards with his Diamond Power of Veto. If we understand how it works, tonight he can take himself off the block and nominate anyone he wants except the current Head of Household (Brendon) or Power of Veto holder (Ragan) to take his place.

A lot of folks out there are predicting Matt will put floater Kathy up against Lane for elimination. Others think maybe it could be Enzo with the Brigade alliance falling apart. While earlier it looked like it might be leaning toward Britney going up, we’re just not sure any more. Personally, we are rooting for Kathy to go up and get voted out because she’s just the most boring of all the Houseguests.

Britney is rude and bitchy, Enzo is paranoid and full of himself and Lane, well, Lane is kind of boring too. Okay, so is Hayden for that matter since Kristen was booted out. Kathy, however, doesn’t even bother to try to do ANYTHING in the house and has pretty much thrown every single competition she’s been in. We are so over her and her chain-smoking. (Great example to your son you are setting there cancer survivor Kathy!)

Alright, it’s time for the show and we’re live blogging here to bring you the results of the eviction and the Head of Household Competition as they happen! Ready? Set? Go! [spoiler name=”SPOILER: Live Eviction and HOH Competition Results”]

Diamond Power of Veto:

Matt says better luck on eliminating him next time and reveals the Diamond Power of Veto. Host Julie Chen explains he won it by opening Pandora’s Box. Britney’s face is especially priceless because you know she’s thinking she is in hot water now! Julie tells Ragan and Brendon they are safe and Matt cannot put them up as his replacement.

Matt has nominated Kathy as his replacement. It is almost virtually guaranteed that she will be going home being up against Lane – what a shocker for Kathy! We’re sure she wasn’t expecting this to be coming her way.

Eviction Votes:

Britney: Kathy
Enzo: Kathy
Hayden: Kathy
Matt: Kathy
Ragan: Kathy

That’s it, Kathy has officially been evicted and will leave for the Jury House. Where she will have to hang out with Rachel. Eewww.

Talking to Julie, Kathy claims she got dizzy and fell off during the last Power of Veto competition. We don’t really believe her because she really appeared to have thrown every competition she was in. She even openly admitted to throwing one of them.

Brendon does not get to compete for Head of Household tonight. The competition will be based on the Big Brother Says game tasks they all had to do the other day.

Hayden and Ragan are eliminated on the first question. Well, Ragan, you may be out next time, but at least you got your $20,000 Saboteur money. Matt is eliminated next, which leaves him on shaky ground for next week with the Brigade alliance in shambles. Lane is eliminated; only Britney and Enzo are left.

Head of Household Competition Winner: Bye bye Enzo – Britney has him beat and is now the new Head of Household! That should make this week in the Big Brother house way too much fun!

Extra: Julie Chen says someone else in the Big Brother house may end up with a power next time. Plus, look out for that dreaded double eviction coming up! Oh the drama is going to be good this week!
