Big Brother 23 Announces July 7 Premiere Date-Get More Details Here

It’s the time again Big Brother fans: the series is coming to take over your summers, and sooner than you think. CBS dropped a big bomb on Big Brother 23 fans today. We now know the release date and schedule. In an official press release, CBS announced that Big Brother 23 will premiere on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.

The premiere will include a special 90-minute episode and it’ll be live. We’ll see the Big Brother houseguests move into the house live. It’ll also be paired with summer favorite Love Island, which also gets a 90-minute premiere. The live move-in may also mean that live feeds could start after the premiere episode as well.

If Big Brother 22: All-Stars left a bad taste in your mouth, no worries because this season will feature an all-new group of houseguests competing for the $500,000 prize. The schedule will go as followed, after Sunday July 11. Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday episodes will all air at 8:00pm EST.

Last year, CBS announced plans to follow in Big Brother Canada’s footsteps with 50 percent BIPOC casting, which means we may have the most diverse cast in Big Brother USA history. If Big Brother follows its usual schedule, a week before the premiere, we will meet the cast and see the new house design. Since Big Brother is starting at least a week later than usual, we may have a shorter season but still one likely to lead into fall 2021. This season of Big Brother will also be a little different from previous seasons as it’ll be available on the Paramount+ and CBS app to subscribers.

Better get all the sleep possible now, because you have less than 2-months before the new season begins!
