Head of Household Monte Taylor made up his mind about who would be the replacement nominee when Brittany Hoopes won the Power of Veto. He wants to keep both Taylor Hale and Matt Turner in the game. In Monte’s mind, the best way to ensure that both make it to the final four is to nominate Taylor instead of Turner. He’s right to feel this way because Taylor and Brittany would not hesitate to evict Turner if he’s on the block next to Alyssa Snider.
With Taylor on the block, she has a better chance to stay. Brittany and Taylor are still aligned so Brittany will likely not vote her out. If Turner votes out Taylor and Brittany doesn’t, then Monte casts the deciding vote. He’s more likely to vote out Alyssa over Taylor.
However, this is Big Brother and anything can happen. Brittany could decide to vote out Taylor. If Turner agrees to do the same, then it’s game over for Taylor. She would be heading to the jury on Thursday. Taylor knows not to get comfortable on the block, so Taylor and Brittany tried all weekend to get Monte to nominate Turner instead.
He refused. Now Taylor has to put her trust in Brittany and Monte to keep her game alive.

Brittany used the Veto to save herself. Monte named Taylor as her replacement. On Thursday, Taylor or Alyssa will join the jury.
At the moment, Alyssa is the one headed to the jury but there is no telling if Turner or Brittany will not try to switch the target to Taylor, especially Turner because he knows that keeping Alyssa is better for his game.
